Nanjing Custom Seized 35000 Sets Infringing Bearings

Xinshengwei Custom (affiliated to Nanjing Customs District) seized 35000 sets bearings declared by a Shandong company were suspected of infringing upon the trademark rights of “Koyo”.

In November 11, Japan JTEKT Corporation, the trademark right holder, confirmed the products as infringing ones. At present, the infringing goods have been detained by the Customs administration according to law.
